Prapassara

This is the final post from my 2016 trip to Thailand.  To finish up my travels I had planned one last shoot with a model … and what a shoot it was!

I’d found Prapassara (Milk) on Model Mayhem, dropped her a few messages and to my surprise, she was keen to work with me!  As with all shoots that I do, I remember being super nervous as she was quite experienced and had a lovely portfolio.  I really didn’t know if what I could produce would be up to her standards!

The plan for the day was to meet up at Central, head to Walking Street and shoot some street fashion shots, then to finish up back at the hotel for a lingerie set.  I remember being pretty tense on the Baht Bus on my way down Beach Road, but relaxed almost as soon as I found her (it took a while – it’s a big Mall!) and saw her smile.

After a few instantly forgettable shots on the Soi’s off Walking Street we found our groove using a red and black striped building.  From there we couldn’t seem to go wrong and we were both so thrilled with the images on the back of the camera.  That continued back at the hotel where we lucked out with some beautiful light flooding into the room.  Prapassara flowed so easily from pose to pose – it meant it was just about impossible to get a bad photo,

Prapassara is one of the loveliest people I’ve met in Thailand and we had a great afternoon.  She’s an utterly fantastic, professional model and I’d recommend any travelling photographer to work with her if you can.  I certainly did when I went back in 2017!
